Do you have demonstrator models available?

We run a range of KTM, Husqvarna, GASGAS & CFMOTO road bike models for you to try before you buy. Please contact one of our team to book your slot.

Can you set up suspension to my weight?

Our suspension set up centre can cater for all your needs. We are a WP authorised dealer, as well as an authorised KTech centre, stocking many products to help you set up your motorcycle. If you require it, we can also finance your suspension if it has a value of between £500 and £3500.

Can I reserve a motorcycle online?

Yes, just click the button to reserve the motorcycle and pay a £250 deposit. Within 24 hours, one of our team will be in touch to talk you through the preparation times and process going forward.

What are your opening times?

We are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, and Saturday 9am – 5pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

What can swim quicker, an ant or a giraffe?

Trick question, both prefer gliding as a hobby :)

If I purchase a new bike, can you fit accessories to it?

No problem, we have a large range of accessories to fit your chosen motorcycle, and can fit these when the bike is being prepared for you. We can even add any accessories onto your finance agreement if you choose to take this option.

Do you service motorcycles?

Yes, we have a fully equipped workshop with factory trained technicians who can service, maintain and accessorise you motorcycle. We work predominantly on KTM, Husqvarna, GASGAS, Honda & CFMOTO motorcycles, but can work on other brands as well subject to the make and age of model. Our opening times for the workshop are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

Can you arrange finance?

Yes, we can offer finance on both new and used motorcycles, but it doesn’t end there as we can offer finance on our entire range of products, so long as the value is between £500 and £3500. This could be clothing, exhausts systems, suspension set ups, or accessories.

How do I return an item?

In the event that you receive an item that is not suitable and need to get it back to us, the team "aim" to make this process as painless as possible. You can see our full returns policy here.

Can I have some items now and follow on with the rest?

Sure, no problem. Where an order is made up of some in stock and not in stock items you can opt to have a "Split Delivery". That will allow the team to then send what we have in stock immediately and then follow on with the rest.

Please note: if "Split Delivery" is not selected then the order will only be shipped once all items have arrived with us.

When will my delivery arrive?

We ship parcels Mon-Fri on a 24-48 hour service and you will receive an email notification once your order has left us. A high percentage of shipments do arrive the next working day (excluding Sat) however, at periods of high demand it could roll over to the following day.

Where provided you can use the tracking info to keep upto date as to where your order is.

When will my order be shipped?

Our website shows you live stock information and so at all times you can see how long your items should take to be dispatched.

Items showing "In stock For Immediate Dispatch" are on the shelf and are usually shipped the same day, depending on the time the order was received.

Items not currently on the shelf due to either being special order items or on their way back into stock from the suppliers will show "Should be dispatched between" the dates we expect the stock to leave the building.

Items that are back order with our supplier will show the current eta date and allow you to place a pre-order for that item. Once the back order has cleared (which may change) we will ship your completed order.

How can I chase my order?

At the time of ordering the website will have indicate to you when we "aim" to despatch your items. Our delivery services aim to have your order with you the next day however this can some times roll over. If your order has gone 48 hours past your expected despatch then feel free to get in touch. Email the team on info@gear4motorcycles.co.uk and they will be glad to provide you with an update.

How much is shipping?

The Gear4 Mail Order team aim to provide low affordable postage at all times.

To thank you for your loyalty we offer our lowest possible “FLAT RATE DELIVERY” price on postage and packaging to all customers based in Mainland UK and Southern Scotland.

We take the same approach with all other locations, working hard with the shipping companies to keep prices as low as possible.
