- Bikes or Products must be visible on websites or a written quotation available.
- Bike prices on “bike only” and must not include any package deals/servicing etc
- Competitor must have product in stock at time of enquiry.
- Comparisons must be against “reasonable” and “responsible” pricing i.e. not where products are being sold at less than cost, to clear unwanted stock.
