For the safety of our staff and customers please ensure you wear a suitable face covering whilst inside the premises, for those without masks we have a limited stock available for purchase. Please be aware if you require to purchase a mask on the day please wait just inside the entrance where a member of staff will be able to assist. For those at high risk or exempt from wearing face coverings for any other reason we can accommodate your needs in a couple of ways depending on how busy the shop is at the time of your visit. This can be by either:-
-Serving you remotely should the shop have a high traffic of customers present - allowing you to remain safely in your vehicle whilst a member of staff takes your order over the phone and brings it out to you utilising our safe handover procedure.
-Allowing you to shop without a face covering providing we currently have a low traffic of other customers, staff assistance will be limited in these instances however to ensure we can provide a safe social distance for your safety and needs.
Please do not be offended if asked to wear a face covering upon entering without one, if you are exempt we ask you simply make a member of staff aware so that we can act accordingly and ensure a safe shopping environment for you.

There are "Wash Stations" at the entrance along with additional other locations, please do use them before handling any items within the dealership to help protect us all.

Whilst at the shop we also request that both our staff and customers adhere to social distancing, please ensure that you remain at least 1+ meter apart from others at all times and avoid coming to the shop in large groups where possible.

Please avoid handling products at all times unless it is an item you are intending to purchase, for browsing a member of staff will be on hand to safely handle and show you any products you wish to get a better look at. For those simply wishing to browse our range on offer please utilise our website which displays all of our stock.

Our fitting room is now open however please ensure that you only try on or handle product that you are intending to buy, this is to reduce the risk of infection to yourself, other customers and our staff alike. Should you not feel comfortable with trying on the clothing you can of course request a size exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Whilst visiting the shop you will notice various signs on display, please read these and take note as they are for both your safety and the safety our staff and business.

Whilst we understand that certain measures detailed herein may not be to everyone’s liking please refrain from taking any of these frustrations out on our members of staff. They are simply following the guidelines that have been set in place and are trying to look out for all of our customers safety as well as their own safety within the workplace. If any of the measures in place have caused distress or frustration we do apologise as this is not our intent and welcome constructive feedback which can be sent to info@gear4motorcycles.co.uk for consideration.

Parts and Clothing – 4 ways to shop

1 - Shop Online 24/7

Our website remains at your service 24 hours a day & 7 days a week to provide you with a quick and easy way to shop for those motorcycle essentials. From our first class parts/fiche finder providing you with detailed diagrams of your bike to help you find the exact parts required, to our wide range of offroad & road clothing and accessories.

Simply place your order and sit back while our team takes care of the rest, once sent out our delivery partners will deliver your products direct to your door.

 

2 - Phone Orders

Our parts & clothing phone lines are open from 9:00am to 5:00pm and the team are on hand to help with your product choices and take your order.

Phone orders can be delivered to your door, or feel free to request "Store Collection" (see Click and Collect for more info).

3 - Click & Collect

Our click and collect service is here for all of those needing their parts without having to wait on the postman, simply select collect from store on the delivery address page during checkout. Your order will be picked by our team and safely put aside ready for collection. You will receive an email advising your order is ready along with full instructions regarding our "safe" and efficient handover process. please observe the instruction following:-

1- "Click & Collect" Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday

2- Follow the instructions detailed in the email confirming the order is ready to collect

3- Please have to hand a copy of your web order and a form of photo ID for the address on the order.


4 - In Store

The parts and clothing showroom is now fully open. However, we are asking that customers refrain from handling stock unnecessarily.

We are currently preferring to take payments by card/pay by phone, we can accept cash payments in certain circumstances. We do not currently have change so orders are being round up for the time being should you need to pay cash.

Our opening hours are 9:00 - 5:30 Monday - Friday & 9:00 - 5:00 on Saturdays.

We must stress that strict social distancing measures are in place to ensure the safety of both yourself and the Gear4 staff members. As such we ask customers to utilise our website and phone services where possible.

Hand wash is provided at the entrances but we ask you please avoid handling any of the products or motorcycles, if you would like to look at a product you are considering purchasing then please ask a member of staff for assistance.

 

Motorcycles Sales

The sales team can be contacted on bikesales@gear4motorcycles.co.uk and with our “Kickstart Deals” now up and running we can find the right bike at the right price for you.

Our new “Distanced Handover” procedure ensures that you can take delivery of your new motorcycle in the knowledge that the safety of our customers and staff is our priority. Finance arrangements, and most relevant documentation can now be signed remotely, meaning that you can purchase in the knowledge that contact is kept to an absolute minimum.

 

Service Department

The service team are ready and waiting to Keep you Riding so don’t delay and make contact asap as the usual summer lead time is growing daily.

We are operating a safe drop off and pick up of your motorcycle which the team will update you when you make your booking.

 

Suspension Department

It’s business as usual for our suspension specialists.

So whether it’s a fork service or a full upgrade just fire an email to the team on service@gear4motorcycles.co.uk with your requirements and we’ll do the rest.

Can I just come for a look around?

Our showroom is open and you are welcome to take a look around, whilst in store please follow the guidelines detailed above and try to avoid touching motorcycles and other product unless you are intending to purchase them.
