As per the government guidelines please ensure you are wearing a suitable "Face Covering" before entering the shop, for those without masks we have a limited stock available for purchase. Please be aware if you require to purchase a mask on the day or are not wearing a mask upon entry please wait just inside the entrance where a member of staff will be able to assist, we are unable to allow customers without a suitable Face Covering to browse the shop for their own safety.

There are "Wash Stations" at the entrance along with additional other locations, please do use them to help protect us all.

Whilst at the shop we also request that both our staff and customers adhere to social distancing, please ensure that you remain at least 1+ meter apart from others at all times and avoid coming to the shop in groups. 

Please avoid handling products at all times, a member of staff  is there to safely handle and show you any products you wish to get a better look at. For those simply wishing to browse our range on offer please utilise our website which displays all of our stock.

We are currently unable to allow customers to try on clothing and protective equipment to reduce the risk of contamination, however you can of course request a size exchange within 14 days of purchase. As such please come prepared with knowledge of the product and size required, our staff will be happy to discuss size options with you prior to your visit to help narrow these options down. All stock that has been handled / returned must be put into quarantine to ensure safety of all customers and staff.

Please ensure that when visiting the shop you read the various signs on display as they are for both your safety and the safety our staff and business.

Parts and Clothing – 4 ways to shop

1 - Shop Online 24/7

The website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide you with a quick and easy way to shop for those motorcycle essentials. Simply place your order and sit back while our team takes care of the rest, once sent out our couriers Royal Mail & DPD will deliver your products direct to your door.

2 - Phone Orders

Place your order over the phone and like a web order you can then sit back while our team takes care of the rest, once sent out our couriers Royal Mail & DPD will deliver your products direct to your door.

Phone lines are currently open 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Saturday.

Due to working with limited team, please direct any general enquiries about parts to info@gear4motorcycles.co.uk and we will respond as soon as we can.

3 - Click & Collect

Our “Click and Collect” service is here for all of those needing their parts without having to wait on the postman. Simply place an order online and select “Collect from Store” on the delivery page, during checkout.

Your order will then be picked and reserved ready for collection after which them team will email you to arrange your collection slot. Further details of our "safe" handover procedure will be detailed in your email.

Please await confirmation that your order is complete & ready, prior to visiting the site.

4 - Counter Collect in store

Our safe “Parts Counter” and showroom is now open again, ready to accept your orders face to face. Please do wear a suitable face covering, our team members will do the same ensuring all visits are as safe as they can be and we focus on “Keeping you Riding”.

Motorcycles Sales

The sales team can be contacted on ktmsales@gear4motorcycles.co.uk and with our “Kickstart Deals” now up and running we can find the right bike at the right price for you.

Safety remains our number 1 priority so we have sample models available to view in our “Outdoor Showroom” and you can make an appointment to view a view a specific bike as required. Please do wear a suitable “face covering” if you are entering the showroom.

Our new “Distanced Handover” procedure ensures that you can take delivery of your new motorcycles in the knowledge that your and our safety is in good hands.

Service Department

The service team are ready and waiting to Keep you Riding so don’t delay and make contact asap as the usual summer lead time is growing daily.

Please direct your service enquiries to the team on service@gear4motorcycles.co.uk and they’ll be glad to get you booked in.

We are operating a safe drop off and pick up of your motorcycle which the team will update you when you make your booking.

Suspension Department

It’s business as usual for our suspension specialists.

What payment types do you accept?

All the usual payment types are available except for cash which we are currently not accepting for safety reasons.

Can I collect my parts order?

Yes –order via the website and select Collect from Store or over the phone and advise you wish to collect.
